Electric actuator performance characteristics
1, the shell - due to the use of high-quality aluminum, light weight. And the inner and outer surfaces by anodic oxidation treatment, the outer surface of polyester powder coating, corrosion resistance. 
2, the motor - using SPG squirrel-cage motor, the output torque, and built-in thermal protection switch, temperature control, to prevent damage to the motor. 
3, manual structure - no power, pull the clutch handle can be manually operated. When power is on, the clutch is automatically reset. 
4, position indicator - indicator mounted on the central axis, you can observe the valve position. And a light (SLU) to choose from. 
5, dryer - used to control the temperature, to prevent the internal condensation of the actuator, to keep the internal electrical components dry. 
6, limit switch - controlled by the cam mechanism, a simple adjustment mechanism can be precise and easy to set the position. 
7, torque switch (except HQ-008) - can provide overload protection to prevent damage to the motor. (Factory set to set, please do not change the settings casually). 
8, self-locking - a self-locking function to prevent reversal, rotating part of the stable and reliable. 
9, the installation - the bottom of the installation dimensions in line with ISO5211 international standards, drive shaft sleeve can be removed as needed for processing, adaptability. Can be installed vertically, but also horizontally. 
10, Terminals - Line layout compact and reasonable, terminal diameter of 2.5mm, pressure, strong connection.
